I have tried enough diet plans to know that most of them seem to work only in the short term. I try and follow a diet to help me lose some weight, but then one night of craving and it is all lost. Why Flex Seal

Flex Seal is actually liquid rubber.  And the very properties of rubber that make it such a great product to use around the home (flexibility, durability) are all contained in Flex Seal – which means they come in a can!  The flexibility of rubber means that you can use it on surfaces which may not be truly aligned and still fill the gap.  Once it’s applied, the rubber retains that natural elasticity that means a little movement is quite acceptable to it.  It’s actually a concentrate aqueous black rubber.  And the aqueous stands for water proof.  Which means around showers, bath tubs, and outdoor areas, Flex Seal will fill the gaps and they will stay filled!

How Easy Is It To Use

If you can spray your hair with a potion, or your prepare your fry pan for cooking, you can use Flex Seal.  It’s as easy as that.  I guess you could say it’s carbonated rubber!  Just shake the can and spray.  Like anything else, the better the preparation – make sure the area you are sealing is clean and dry – the better the results, but the actual ‘know-how’ is really simple.  Hold the can, give it a really good shake so you can hair the aerating ball rattle and spray.  Tempting as it is, it’s better to apply two thin coats than one thick coat.  And if you give the can a shake from time to time during the job, you’ll be sure to keep the liquid rubber flowing evenly and get a really good quality finish to your job.

Where Can I Use It

Well, as they say, how long is a piece of string!  Seriously, though, I bought my first can of Flex Seal for a specific purpose.  Leaky gutters.  But, soon I had used it to patch up my favourite planter as it had a huge crack in it, but I really didn’t want to replace it as I remembered how long it had taken me to find it – you know how it is, perfect for the spot.  So, I tried Flex Seal and haven’t looked back.  Because it is black I was hesitant initially as I didn’t want a black line on my terracotta pot.  But, one of the great things about Flex Seal is that you can paint over it.  So .. no-one would ever know.  Following that success story, I actually tried it around some door frames where other products that had been glued on simply hadn’t worked.  Hey presto, no more draught.  So, really anywhere that you require a sealant with flexibility, you should look at Flex Seal.  And if it is water resistant that you need, this is definitely the product for you.

Side Effects?

Yes .. as with any product, there is always a side effect.  Mine was that not only did I stop the droughts around my door, I also reduced the outside noise coming in.  Hey – a side effect like that.  Don’t tell the makers of Flex Seal or they might make this versatile and budget-conscious product a little more pricey!
